My Mother in Law's apple chutney with rich jammy sweetness, aromatic 'pickling spice' & floral apples, inspired the flavoures of this mustard. What better way to enjoy a great chutney than with that great British pub favourite, the Ploughmans. My favourite pub is on the Dorset coast. It's long garden stretches across the cliff top, easing into panoramic sea views, and it just so happens to serve up the best ploughmans lunch. Lashings of apple chutney, cheeses, pickles, crusty bread and of course mustard. Savoured with a pint of their local cider, perfect!. Food memories to cherish.
