Inspired by memories of sitting on Navy Pier, with a warm breeze from the lake and a backdriop of that impressive Chicago skyline. This is where I introduced my wife to her first all American Hot Dog.  Dill pickles, onion relish and sweet white buns to accompany that delightfull 'Weiner' sausage. It's light smokey flavour and delicate texture finished off with a beautifull honey mustard. A food memory to savour!
 
This mustard is made with only yellow seeds, finely ground, flavoured with turmeric, honey & fennel to give a gently floral & aromatic sweet finish.
